Restorative Pilates Mat

Service Description

Gently move your body with a restorative pilates mat class. While following Pilates principles, we focus more on breathing, releasing tension in the body, and clearing the mind. Restorative is the perfect complement to your weekly workout routine, and a feel-good active recovery. This class may incorporate a variety of props to deepen that connection and leave you feeling refreshed, calm, and rebalanced. Recommended Levels: ALL

Cancellation Policy

AS OF MARCH 15, 2024 THE NEW CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: Group classes will have a 12 hour cancellation policy, all no shows and late cancels will charged the class (for those with unlimited package you will be charged as follows: reformer classes $35, mat classes $25). Private sessions will be 24 hours and will result in forfeit of session for no show/late cancel. Class Late Arrival Policy: After 5 minutes you will no longer be able to join the class for group classes and after 15 min for private sessions. All cancels/reschedules must be done via your account, no phone calls or emails please
