-Classes open for booking exactly a week prior to the class

-Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled in your app account

-Group classes have a 4 hour cancellation policy

-We cannot allow late arrivals for group classes, after 5 minutes you will not be allowed to take class and will be counted as a no show

-If you can't get into class please join the wait lists as classes open up often

-AS OF MARCH 15, 2024 THE NEW CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:  Group classes will have a 12 hour cancellation policy, all no shows and late cancels will charged the class (for those with unlimited package you will be charged as follows: reformer classes $35, mat classes $25).

-Private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy

-We do require grip socks for reformer classes

-If you are attending the reformer studio, entrance is on Eagle St

-Mat rentals are available for mat classes, we offer these complimentary for those who have unlimited packages.  For those who do not have unlimited packages they are $2
