As a teacher training studio we like to offer instructors who have finished their mat teacher training some opportunities to get in front of a class and continue to grow their practice. These classes are free and the instructors are still getting their stride so please be kind :)

Cancellation Policy
AS OF MARCH 15, 2024 THE NEW CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: Group classes will have a 12 hour cancellation policy, all no shows and late cancels will charged the class (for those with unlimited package you will be charged as follows: reformer classes $35, mat classes $25). Private sessions will be 24 hours and will result in forfeit of session for no show/late cancel. Class Late Arrival Policy: After 5 minutes you will no longer be able to join the class for group classes and after 15 min for private sessions. All cancels/reschedules must be done via your account, no phone calls or emails please
