Service Description

The one where Pilates is your strength training. This class is a fusion of reformer work and strength inspired movements designed to develop and improve muscular strength through the use of heavy springs, heavy weights (10-15lbs), and props. This challenging full body workout is designed for those who are highly experienced with Pilates reformer and are looking to expand and advance their practice in heavy-weight springs and props. We recommend having taken a minimum 10 reformer classes prior to joining this class, as well as comfortability with using free-weights and props. Recommended Levels: Intermediate and Advanced

Cancellation Policy

AS OF MARCH 15, 2024 THE NEW CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: Group classes will have a 12 hour cancellation policy, all no shows and late cancels will charged the class (for those with unlimited package you will be charged as follows: reformer classes $35, mat classes $25). Private sessions will be 24 hours and will result in forfeit of session for no show/late cancel. Class Late Arrival Policy: After 5 minutes you will no longer be able to join the class for group classes and after 15 min for private sessions. All cancels/reschedules must be done via your account, no phone calls or emails please
