Service Description

The one where Pilates is your strength training. This class is a fusion of reformer work and strength inspired movements designed to develop and improve muscular strength through the use of heavy springs, heavy weights (10-15lbs), and props. This challenging full body workout is designed for those who are highly experienced with Pilates reformer and are looking to expand and advance their practice in heavy-weight springs and props. We recommend having taken a minimum 10 reformer classes prior to joining this class, as well as comfortability with using free-weights and props. Recommended Levels: Intermediate and Advanced

Cancellation Policy

To help us manage waitlists and keep classes flowing, we've updated our cancellation window to 12 hours. If you need to cancel within that timeframe, a $25 late cancel fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding—and your commitment to showing up for yourself, your instructors, and our community. Class Late Arrival Policy: After 5 minutes you will no longer be able to join the class for group classes and after 15 min for private sessions. All cancels/reschedules must be done via your account, no phone calls or emails please
